Deer Hill Arms LLC provides firearms training that meets the requirements for a conceal carry endorsement from Missouri, Florida, and Utah. While we are located in Illinois, we are authorized to instruct Missouri residents for their Missouri permit. Illinois residents who complete our course may apply for nonresident permits from Utah and Florida. With either permit, an Illinois resident can carry a concealed firearm in Missouri and a number of other states. Please note there is no endorsement that allows the carrying of a concealed firearm in Illinois. Any person caught carrying a concealed firearm in Illinois will be arrested.
